Madison Preschool provides your little one a true home away from home. While your baby transitions from crawling to walking, he or she will benefit from a room designed to encourage development through exploration. Here at MPS, activities are low to the ground and provide the stimulation needed to help your child develop the muscle coordination needed to reach, climb, walk, and grow. Our two-year-old room is designed to encourage self-help skills development. Having mastered walking, he/she begins to independently meet some of his/her most basic needs. It is a time of radical change and development and our Center supports your child as he/she learns to use the potty, eat, and clean without help. Our program uses hands-on exploration and social interaction in safe, engaging surroundings to help your one to two year old learn about his or her expanding world. Through the guidance of our early childhood development professionals, toddlers enjoy learning experiences that promote their blossoming independence and social skills, and foster self-confidence. The curriculum for toddlers is designed to adapt to each individual child’s age and stage. Experienced teachers promote emotional, physical, social, and intellectual development in a fun, engaging environment.
